RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.

  • RETURN POLICY

If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 14 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). After 14 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers.

In case, our customer support team accepts the return of your product. The company will arrange for pick up from the customer’s shipping address but in situations where we are unable to arrange for a pickup you can self-ship the product back to us and we will refund the return shipping charges.

  • The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return.
  • All customers must contact Brookletss.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us. 
  • Brookletss.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to Brookletss.com or the Absence of the return code and/or order number.
  • We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return.
  • To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund:  Always process a return following our Return procedure
  • DAMAGED PRODUCT

Returns and refunds will be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect within 2 months from the date of delivery. 

When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the product is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).

In this case, we will reship a new item and the customer shall return the delivered product.

If the product received by the customer is damaged then the customer may request a return and claim an exchange/refund. The product must be returned by the customer as per Returns Policy.

  •  METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND

For your Security, refunds will only be transferred back to the Original Mode of Payment you used when placing your order.

  • REFUND :

You will usually receive your refund within 5 business days. It may take a few working days (s) longer according to the bank process. Please contact us if you notice it takes too long for the refund to reach you.
