Withdrawal Form

You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal for one or more items, even if they were on sale.

* Please note:

- No Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different item (size, color, or model), you will need to process a return and place a new order.

- Confirmation: Once your return form has been registered, we will contact you by email.

- Hygiene & Safety Policy: For hygiene and safety reasons, returns for glasses will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened. To be eligible for a return, the product must remain in its original, unopened, and unhandled condition.
